English TranslationIngredients:
225g self-raising flour Method:Sift the flour into a bowl then cube the butter and rub into the flour until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Beat the eggs and milk together then pour into the flour mixture. Mix everything together with a spoon until smooth then add the garlic, cockles and parsley before seasoning with salt and black pepper. Mix once more then heat a griddle and fry 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time. Fry until golden then flip over and continue frying until cooked through and golden on the other side. Serve hot with tomato sauce. |
