Original RecipeDyma risét am grempog llysieuol sydd, yn draddodiadol, yn cael ei daenu gyda menyn cy nei fwyta'n boeth gyda bacwn ac ŵyau fel rhan o swper. Cynhwysion:
225g o flawd plaen Cyfunwch y blawd, ŵyau, persli a sialot mewn powlen. Curwch yn dda i gyfuno yna ychwanegwch ddigon o lefrith i wneud toes tua trwch hufen dwbwl. Ychwaengwch halen a phupur du at flas a curwch i fewn.
English TranslationThis is a recipe for a herbed pancake that is typically spread with butter and eaten hot with bacon and eggs for supper. Ingredients:
220g plain flour Method:Combine the flour, eggs, parsley and shallots in a bowl. Beat well to mix thoroughly the n add enough milk to form a batter the same consistency as double cream. Add salt and black pepper, to taste, and beat in. Heat a frying pan and add a little butter. Beat the batter well then pour a little into the pan. Cook in exactly the same way as you would a pancake, flipping it over when cooked golden brown on the base. Transfer to an oven to keep warm then cook the remaining batter. When done spread the pancakes with butter and serve with bacon and eggs. |
