4 brithyll (tua 275g yr un) wedi eu glanhau Blaswch boliau'r pysgod yn dda gyda halen a phupur. Clymwch 2 dafell o facwn yn droellog am bob pysgodyn yn gosodwch mewn desgil pobi (gan sicrhau fod y pennau rhydd o dan y pysgod).
English TranslationIngredients:
4 trout (each about 275g in weight), cleaned Method:Season the body cavities of the fish liberally with salt and black pepper. Wind two bacon rashers in a spiral around each fish then arrange in a shallow ovenproof dish (ensure that the free ends are tucked under the fish). Transfer to an oven pre-heated to 200°C and bake for about 18 minutes, or until the fish are cooked through. Serve immediately garnished with the chopped parsley. |
