English TranslationIngredients:
4 medium leeks, chopped Method:Add all the ingredients to a pan, cover with plenty of water, bring to a boil then season and skim any fat from the surface. Cover and simmer gently for 2 hours. Remove the meat bones (take any meat off and add back to the cawl). Adjust the seasonings and serve sprinkled with the parsley. |
