English TranslationIngredients:
4 medium-sized trout Method:Place the flour on a plate and season with salt and pepper. Roll the trout in this so that they're completely covered. Melt half the butter in a frying pan and use this to fry the trout. Turn them about two or three times, cooking for about 3 minutes each time. Remove them from the pan and set aside to keep warm. Now add the remainder of the butter to the pan and use this to fry the almonds gently until golden. Add the lemon juice and season to taste. Ensure that the butter mixture is warm then place the fish on warmed place and pour a little of the almond sauce over them. |
