Welcome to Celtnet's Chili Recipes Page — for all the chili recipes added to this site. A chilli is a classic Tex/Mex recipe for a flavoursome stew of beef, beans and spices with chillies in a tomato base that is a feature of Tex/Mex cookery. It is also a common dish in Mexicot (though made differently). Due to the popularity of Chili con Carne, this has essentially become an international dish and is now made with a variety of meats (or no meat) and a range of spices. However, all chilis should contain chilli pepper in one form or other and typically contains cumin as well. Here a range of chilis are presented, originating from across the globe...
