Welcome to the Celtnet Chicken Recipes Home Page

Welcome to Celtnet's Chicken Recipes Page — This is a continuation of an entire series of pages that will, I hope, allow my visitors to better navigate this site. As well as displaying recipes by name, country and region of origin I am now planning a whole series of pages where recipes can be located by meal type and main ingredient. This page gives a listing of all the beef recipes added to this site. Chickens are found throughout the world. The originate in the near east but were domesticated early in human history and spread across the globe. There are two main types: Western chickens found in Arabia, Africa, Europe and brought to North America and the Eastern chickens of Asia and South America. Chickens provide eggs, they grow quickly and are suited to domestication. As such they are found in almost every human society. As a result the number of recipes incorporating chicken as an ingredient is immense. I have collected a large number for this site from all regions of the globe and present them here for you. Enjoy...
