Ingredients:
5l dandelion flowers 
Method:PreparationCombine the flowers and water in a large crock of heat-proof bucket (that's been washed and sterilized) then cover and set aside to stand for 24 hours. Add all the remaining ingredients, cover and set aside to ferment for 3 weeks (stir every other day or so). After this time bottle the fermenting liquid. Make certain to stopper the bottles securely then set aside in a cool place to age for at least 2 months before drinking. |
