My grandmother in Liberia used to make these and now that I have the chance to bake again I really miss these. Can anyone help?

Liberia is unusual as it's just about the only West African country with a tradition of baking.

As for the recipes you're looking for, here are my suggestions:

Liberian Cassava Cake Recipe
Liberian Cassava Bread
Liberian Rice Bread (Version 1) which really is more of a cake than a bread
Liberian Rice Bread (Version 2)

If you have any more liberian recipes to share then I'd very much like to hear of them.
