I've been in the mobile industry for over 5 years now. In that time I have handled many different queries from customers. The main query is about their phone bills being too high. Working for the mobile phone industry I understand how they work and how they charge customers. Currently there are so many deals out there but at the moment I would far pushed to get anything better than the one advertised on the site.

The best deals no doubt are on the web. This is because there are low over heads and cost so the prices are reduced heavily.
Because there are no high street involved who do you goto if you have a query or aquestion all you can do is phone and we all know how long we have to wait to make a phone call.
The rush the quest on the high street people forcing you to buy and when you have purchased the item is really the one you wanted or the one the shop wanted to sell.
I've worked in the store for over five years and i know how the sales work and how the billing works. Undoubtedly online is better because there's no one forcing you to buy...YOUR CHOICE.
Online is better because its cheaper and its something you can do in your own time.
