Welcome to the Celtnet Medicine information site. This region of the Celtnet site is dedicated to medical information. On the pages linked here you will get information related to a whole range of diseases; their symptoms, causes and cures.

I am starting out with some of the more common and more serious ailments in Western society. However I will be adding new content each week and this section of the site will eventually expand to include all the major diesases world-wide. Remember I'm creating the information here as I go by combining the best knowledge we have to date on the disease.

I should probably say here that I am a biological scientist with a PhD in Clinical Medicine and I have been working in the Medical/Healthcare field for over twenty years now. Indeed, during my career I've worked in the fields of Haematology, Cancer, Wound Healing and Skin Care, Allergies and Dememtia so I have a broad expertise in a range of diseases and disorders. This is why I can use my expertise to give you accurate and useful information.

The site is currently undergoing an overhaul, so updates may be a little slower in coming than they have been. But I am actively working on the site and more dieseases will follow shortly. I'm also adding much more information on the diseases currently represented here to make information more timely and broader-ranging.
