Internet Marketing: Article Directories
Whatever your internet marketing strategy: whether you have a product so sell, you are selling someone else's product via affiliate marketing or you have an information-based site that's dependent on AdSense or advertising income then you are going to have to get your site and your product/information niche known on the internet.
After all, if people can't find your site then how do you ever hope to make any money from your site. Of course, you can use paid advertising systems such as Google's AdWords campaigns. You can also enter into link exchange programs and you can buy one-way links. These will all get your domain known and will increase the chance of your being indexed by the main search engines.
Writing Articles
One other way of ensuring that your site gains notice is by submitting articles to article submission sites. Usually you have to give the article itself away for free, but it can be copied by others and your tag-line must be intact with the article. In this you can say a little about yourself and add a number of liinks. Thus you can use the body of the ad to tell people about your site or a secton of your site and you can then link to that site.
As these articles are copied and published by many internet marketers on their sites this actually gives you a wide dissemination of your articles and of the links to your sites.
