I have been writing poetry for over twenty years now and the 60+ poems given in this eBook represent my personal take on the human condition. What it is to be human, to be alive, to love, to have children. The poems also deal with our relationships with our past and our future. There is certain to be something in this volume that will touch your heart with sadness and with joy.

In this book you will have everything from the elegaic monologue of a parent to their child in 'To a child at end of day', the poiniancy of lost love in 'Girl Friday' the rush of modern life in 'Rush Hour'. There is humour in 'Alphabet Zoo', a judicious serving of cynicism in 'Govern-meant' and 'Elek-shun' then you have the orthographic challenge of 'Madness'. The mix is of both modern and traditoinal forms of society that speak to the soul.

Poetry is a very special communication, more akin to music than most other forms of literature as it speaks to the emotions directly. It is only right that I offer some products from the wellspring of my emotion as thanks for your support in easing my current emotional pain. I love Stefan so much it physically hurts and you cannot understand how disappoointed I am in myself that I cannot aid her not to the fullest possible extent. I simply wish that I could wave a magic want and make everything all right for her. But I cannot. Instead, I am going to do what I can with what I have.

The words within this eBook represent both the best and the worst of me. My darkest and my most exultant moods.
